Avocados |
2, pitted and mashed |
Cocoa powder |

Brown sugar |
½ cup |
Cashew milk |
½ cup |
Vanilla extract |
2 teaspoons |
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Optional but worth it:
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon in the blender
- Serve with banana slices, raspberries, and blueberries
- Make it a “power pudding” by adding chia or hemp seeds and replacing the cocoa powder with cacao powder
